Name Labels PTA Fundraising and school fundraising is in full swing now. Schools are now requesting and receiving thousands of free leaflets to distribute to their parents. For some schools this is the seventh year that they have distributed Stikins leaflets.
Schools receive 15% commission whenever their school number is quoted by parents as they order their name labels. To get more information for your school or PTA simply fill in the form on our site, or call us on 01270-668076.

Millions of blank Stikins name labels are being stockpiled ready for this summers orders from parents. We will be supplying new stikins and the original stikins again this year.

Our site name-labels.com is busier than ever, as parents order new name labels for summer school uniforms.

We took delivery yesterday of the new 2011 stikins name labels brochures.

Any schools that want to hand out the brochures for fundraising just need to let us know how many they need and we will send them out.

We have several schools who have links to the name-labels.com site, they can include their school number in the link which means that parents following the link are associated with the school for the 15% commission.

We have been thinking about making linking easier by providing a small banner for schools to download, this could increase the number of parents buying name labels via your site..

We have also been considering increasing the commission for schools who have links to us on their sites.

Our 2011 name labels leaflets are being printed this week. We will be distributing them to schools and PTA organisations from the end of next week. If you need leaflets just let us know.

Moving into residential care can be stressful for relatives as well as the person involved, and often there is little time to plan. One of the many things that need to be done is using name labels to identify all clothes and personal possessions, so that they do not get mixed up.

There are several name labelling options including sewing in labels, iron-on labels and now there are stick in labels, called Stikins. Sew in labels are the best and will also be the most durable, the problem is that there is a lot of work involved in sewing them in, and then continuing to sew in labels if new clothes are acquired. Iron on labels can be good, but some are better than others. They are certainly faster to apply than the sew in labels.

If you choose sew in or iron on labels you will need to order additional labels for shoes and personal items.

Stikins have been used in care homes since 2004. These new name labels simply stick onto the wash care label of garments and can also be used for other personal possessions including shoes. The ease of application is especially important because relatives have limited time to do the labelling, also residents themselves or their care assistants can easily stick the labels on.

Whichever name label type you choose, fast delivery is essential so check that the labels can be supplied in time, some companies do not make the labels themselves and  you may have to wait a couple of weeks for delivery.

Our name labels are now sold by distributors in the USA and Canada and the UK as well as by ourselves at Label Planet. We have interest from several other countries and we can supply ready printed labels, or blank rolls for distributors to print themselves.
